Are there any rules when applying for a domain name?
You may use any letter from a to z.
You may use any number from 0 to 9.
You may use the hyphen character but the hyphen may not be the first or last character in the name
You cannot use two or more adjacent hyphens.
No single character or two letter names are allowed.
No full stops in your chosen domain name are allowed.

Once you press 'Submit', a check will be made to see if your chosen name is actually available.

Important: If you enter a name that does not conform to the above criteria the check will show the name as NOT taken. This will in effect allow you to apply for it. Please read these instructions carefully as mistakes or wrongly applied for domain names will be your responsibility and therefore no refunds can be made for any errors submitted by yourself.

How do I pay for the services I order?
You must pay for any purchase by Credit Card. This is carried out on a secure server and is one of the main reasons why we can offer such low prices. Less overheads for us and less expense for you.

What happens if I exceed the resources I have paid for?
You are charged a penalty. The penalty is charged at double the pre-pay rate.

What is email redirection?
When you purchase your new domain you may also wish to use that new domain as your email address. Your original email will probably be tied to the ISP you use. We can catch any email directed to your new domain and redirect it to your existing mailbox. This is a FREE service.

Why is the amount payable more than 10 quid?
Each service is priced at 10 quid. All are clearly marked and also point out how often they are charged. For example some services may be a one off fee of 10 quid and some may be 10 quid for two years. We take the prices of each service selected and then we add VAT and present you with a total amount payable before asking you to continue onto the secure payment area.

What if I own a domain elsewhere and want your services?
You can transfer your domain to 10quid.co.uk for the sum of 10 quid using the online order form and following the step by step instructions.

What if I want to take my domain elsewhere?
You can transfer your domain totally or partially for the sum of 10 quid to anywhere you wish.

What are your T&Cs?
When the Customer wishes 10Quid to provide any services to the Customer via the online order process, the Customer executes a Service Schedule referring to and incorporating the terms of the Master Agreement.
